PROTECTION ACTIVITY OF T CELL LYMPHOKINES AGAINST INFECTIOUS BURSAL DISEASE IN LAYER PULLETS

نویسندگان

چکیده

The present study was aimed to administering hyperimmunized avian salmonella-immune lymphokines (S-ILK) 200 one-day-old layer pullets improve the immunological response against Gumboro (IBDV) divided into four groups. On first day, following applied all groups: G1: intraperitoneal injection of 0.50 mL S-ILK followed by a 30-minute challenge with 0.1 IBDV (ELD50 103.2); G2: 0.5 S-NILK IBDV. G3: challenged only, G4: uninfected, unchallenged group consider as negative control. results findings indicated greatest statistically significant rise (p≤ 0.05) in IgG and IFN-γ titres that viral load test revealed at 7 14 days after infection, largest number RNA copies were found G2 G3. bursa Fabricius. had lowest mortality rate compared other Early administration improves maternal resistance infection inhibits replication fabricius challenge. Thus, we may reduce amount time, effort, money spent on immunization procedures do not completely protect diseases.

In ovo Vaccine Against Infectious Bursal Disease

A recombinant attenuated vaccine against infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) was administered in ovo to 18-day-old embryos. The vaccine was genetically tailored to protect from challenges in the field against classic and variant strains of IBDV. The vaccine virus contains neutralizing epitopes from both classic (D78) and variant strain (GLS), and abrogates expression of the nonstructural pro...

Synbiotic enhances immune responses against infectious bronchitis, infectious bursal disease, Newcastle disease and avian influenza in broiler chickens

Increased susceptibility of birds to avian pathogens in intensive husbandry system has emphasized on necessity of improvement of innate and specific immune responses of birds by the fast establishment of a beneficial microflora and immune stimulator factors to guarantee healthy and low-price products. During this study, 192 one-day-old broiler chicks (Ross-380) in four groups with three replica...

Protection against infectious bursal disease virulent challenge conferred by a recombinant avian adeno-associated virus vaccine.

The development and use of recombinant vaccine vectors for the expression of poultry pathogens proteins is an active research field. The adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a replication-defective virus member of the family Parvoviridae that has been successfully used for gene delivery in humans and other species. In this experiment, an avian adeno-associated virus (AAAV) expressing the infectious ...

Infectious bursal disease (Gumboro disease).

Infectious bursal disease (IBD) (Gumboro disease) has been described throughout the world, and the socio-economic significance of the disease is considerable world-wide. Various forms of the disease have been described, but typing remains unclear, since antigenic and pathotypic criteria are used indiscriminately, and the true incidence of different types is difficult to determine. Moreover, the...
